• The Inventory manager position will be responsible developing procedures to effectively manage and maintain a company’s inventory

• Must be able: • To build and manage a team of professionals to ensure that objectives have been met. • To assist with developing systems and process to ensure daily compliance with goals • To work across the business ensuring that the key players affecting the outcome of objectives are informed, trained, and held accountable for their part of the process chain. Minimum Skills & Qualifications • Education and/or Experience • More than five (3) years’ experience performing at an executive level similar organisation and/or working environment, training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Possess Superior Computer skills and prior experience using an advanced accounting software

• Designing and implementing an inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures Building and leading inventory team Organising needed cycle and stock counts Examine the levels of raw materials and supplies to determine shortages Document daily shipments and deliveries to replenish inventory Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies Weekly inventory analysis and report - expired, expiring, damaged and obsolete - weekly management report condensed for directors and detailed for division managers. Key driver for removal from warehouse through reporting and analysis Prepare Monthly inventory management analysis and report - inventory levels by brand and division - monthly management report condensed for directors and detailed for divisions. Management of inventory levels by division in coordination with purchasing / divisions Analyse various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective deals
