The Maintenance Technician is required to inspect and maintain all machines, mechanical equipment and other structures within the plant, performs preventative and corrective maintenance as well as repairs malfunctioning equipment.

• Five (5) Ordinary level/CXC subjects including Mathematics and English. • Certificate in Technical Maintenance. • Five (5) years’ experience in a similar position. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Details / Responsibilities: • Performs skilled repair or maintenance operations on equipment, facilities and systems. • Monitors, plans and executes all preventative and corrective maintenance and tasks for production equipment. • Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. • Conduct unsupervised mold changes on all machines. • Adjusts and troubleshoots Production Equipment as needed. • Provides support on the Production floor as required. • Examines objects, systems, or facilities, analyze information and carry out needed installations, services, or repairs; general maintenance of plant and building (a/c, lighting, plumbing, etc.) • Maintains safe and clean work environment and compliance with established Occupational Safety & Health rules, policies and procedures.
